I was delighted by Ben Palmer; before, during, and after the show. Before the show, Ben and our sound tech met and were easily able to get the event ready to go. As students and professors were coming in, he was right there welcoming the audience and was just very positive. I was impressed. After the show, the audience asked many questions which was great and he offered to take pictures with everyone.
